Partners measured and evaluated the impact of the decelerating
North American economy with micro and small business
owners in El Paso, Texas; Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua;
and Chihuahua, Chihuahua from 2000 to the present. The
project generated opportune and reliable information
for micro and small businesses to assist in predicting
the timing and the possible extent of the consequences
of the decelerating North American economy.
