The Arizona-Sonora E-Atlas: Growth and Change in a Binational Region

This binacional collaborative project created the first electronic bilingual atlas (E-Atlas) of the Arizona-Sonora Region, and established the region's electronic presence. The project presented harmonized data and indicators for this binational region that can support policy and decision-making processes and general activities related to Arizona's and Sonora's social, economic, and sustainable development. The E-Atlas provides easy access to a variety of users, including governmental agencies, businesses, communities, educational and research institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
