RUECA is a project to update, establish and promote
a binational network of professors, researchers, students,
and local community agencies in Tijuana, northern Baja
California and California in order to build local capacities
for community and environmental development and focusing
on the Baja California/California - U.S./Mexico border.
RUECA was designed to further develop networks, coordination
and alliances to share knowledge concerning border issues,
training opportunities as well as information that improve
the efficiency of community and environmental programs
and projects.
