The Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration (CONAHEC) enhances the mutual understanding and cooperation in the North American community by fostering collaboration between institutions of higher education in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. On behalf of its membership, CONAHEC also works with North American federal and state/provincial governments on issues relating to higher education. Through student and faculty exchange, regular dialogue and discussion, inter-institutional academic program development, collaborative efforts with the business sector, cooperative research projects, and international comparative research analysis, CONAHEC expands the direct interaction between institutions of higher education in these three nations, thus promoting the common interests of the North American community.
