The CONAHEC room block expires on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 . After that date, the hotel will continue to accept reservations on a space and rate availability basis but is under no obligation to offer the rates below. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm, although the hotel will attempt to accommodate guests arriving earlier and leaving later based on room availability. Negotiated rates for conference participants are as follows:

Guest Rooms (4 occupants max.) USD 94.00 per night
Guest Suite (4 occupants max.) USD 104.00 per night
Master Suite (4 occupants max.) USD 114.00 per night
Deluxe Suite (4 occupants max.) USD 134.00 per night

Please note: Prices quoted above are before tax (which is 17% in Houston) and do not include any other additional charges occupants make to the room. The above rates will be honored for conference attendees based on room and rate availability.
