IMPORTANT: Payment must be received by CONAHEC on or before the date specified above, otherwise the registrant will be charged the higher rate that is in effect at the time of payment.
We accept checks via mail, wire transfers with bank charges pre-paid by the sender (contact us for further details) and payments via credit card either directly through the online registration system, or over the telephone. For late/onsite registration, only credit card or wire transfer payments will be accepted and must be received by CONAHEC before the first day of the conference, or another method of payment will need to be produced at the conference registration area onsite.
Friday, March 5, 2010 is the last day to receive a partial refund for cancellation of registration (minus the $100 USD cancellation fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations Saturday, March 6, 2010 and thereafter. Registrations are transferable, so if you cannot attend, please consider sending someone in your place.
