Important Dates.-

  • Friday, July 18, 2008 - Early bird registration ends - Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Monday, September 1, 2008 - Regular registration rate ends. Registrations made on or after Saturday, March 10, 2007 will be charged the late registration rate. For late registration, only credit card or wire transfer payments will be accepted.
  • Friday, September 5, 2008 - Last day to make hotel reservations at special conference rates.
  • Monday, September 8, 2008 - IMPORTANT: Last day to receive a refund for cancellations (minus the $100 USD cancellation fee). Sorry, no refunds for cancellations Saturday, August 30, 2008 and later.
