-About the Conference-

The Conference will be divided in 3 major sections: Culture, Skills-Education, and Analysis; encompassing the main theme of individual growth through community collaboration.

The Cultural section will include the following topics:

  • Embracing our North American Identity
  • Adapting to Multiculturalism in North America
  • International Ethics

The Analysis section will include the following topics:

  • North American Integration in Higher Education Programs
  • Economic Integration: eliminating barriers in North America

The Skills-Education section will include the following:

  • UN Model Workshop
  • Managing Conflicts Effectively
  • Developing Negotiation Skills
  • Tools for professional success: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Values, and Teamwork.

Additional sessions include:

  • SONA Session: will focus on the organization’s current status; its orientation and future plans, projects, community engagement, and its impact in the North American community.
  • Poster Exhibit: will exhibit student projects throughout the Conference days.
