CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel on or before February 29th, 2004, you will
be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee. From March 1,
2004 and later, you will be charged the full rate (no refunds).
Registrations ARE transferable, so if you cannot
participate, please call our office and we will help you transfer
the arrangements to a colleague or friend.
NOTE: Conference meals (listed on
the agenda) are included in your registration fee. Tour tickets
to Guadalajara and Tequila, workshop fees, and meals for spouses/significant
others are extra and can be purchase through our online registration
system.
