- Friday, August 12, 2005 - Early bird registration ends
- Sorry, no extensions, no exceptions.
- Wednesday, August 17, 2005 - Completed speaker information
due (speakers please consult the Speaker
Checklist)
- Thursday, September 1, 2005 - IMPORTANT: Last day to receive
a refund for cancellations (minus the $100 USD cancellation
fee). Sorry, no refunds for cancellations Friday, September
2, 2005 and later.
- Monday, September 5, 2005 - Speaker presentations due
for posting on Web
- Friday, September 9, 2005 - Regular registration rate
ends. Registrations made on or after Saturday, September
10, 2005 must pay at the higher late registration rate.
For late registration only credit card or wire transfer
payments will be accepted.
- The last day to make hotel reservations
at special conference rates (subject to availability) has
been extended until Friday, September 16, 2005
