Si tiene colegas con quienes pueda presentar una propuesta conjunta, le recomendamos que lo haga (verifique su inter\u00e9s y disponibilidad para asistir y presentar antes de enviar su propuesta). Se dar\u00e1 preferencia a presentaciones grupales coordinadas que involucren a representantes de m\u00faltiples instituciones y pa\u00edses.<\/p><p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes proponer un tema solo, pero en aras del esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n internacional, es probable que te incluyan en una sesi\u00f3n junto con copresentadores de otros pa\u00edses. La duraci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea es de una hora y quince minutos. Dado que cada sesi\u00f3n suele contener de 3 a 4 copresentadores coordinados por un moderador, cada presentador debe planear compartir equitativamente el tiempo con otros copresentadores (independientemente del formato). Sugerimos planificar dejar al menos 15 minutos disponibles para la interacci\u00f3n con la audiencia.<\/p><p>No identifique a las personas que no asistir\u00e1n a la conferencia como &#8220;copresentadores&#8221; en el formulario de propuesta de presentaci\u00f3n. Aquellos que no asistan al congreso no ser\u00e1n mencionados en el programa del congreso, a menos que se haga referencia a ellos en la secci\u00f3n &#8220;Descripci\u00f3n&#8221; del formulario de env\u00edo de propuesta de presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Para minimizar los niveles de gastos para todos los participantes de la conferencia, lamentablemente los presentadores no recibir\u00e1n ninguna compensaci\u00f3n ni descuento de inscripci\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de que se les ofrezca el precio por reserva anticipada hasta el final del per\u00edodo de inscripci\u00f3n regular.
