English Biography:
Justin Dutram received his M.Ed. in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University in 2003 and his B.S. in Geography from New Mexico State University in 1993. In 2008, after teaching for the Nogales Unified School District for eleven years, Justin became the Coordinator of Academic Outreach Programs for the University of Arizona in Santa Cruz County, where he was charged with facilitating collaboration and outreach between the UA and its partners in the Arizona-Sonora borderlands. In 2014, he joined the Office of Global Initiatives at the UA where he continues to focus on strengthening bilateral partnerships with higher education, industry, and government for the University as well as coordinating CONAHEC’s student exchange program.

Justin Dutram es egresado de la Universidad del Norte de Arizona con una Maestría en Educación Bilingüe y Multicultural (2003) y de la Universidad Estatal de Nuevo México con una Licenciatura en Geografía (1993). En 2008, después de fungir como docente para el Distrito Escolar de Nogales (AZ) por once años, comenzó su carrera con la Universidad de Arizona como Coordinador de Vinculación Académica en el Condado de Santa Cruz, facilitando la colaboración entre la Universidad de Arizona y sus socios en la región transfronteriza Arizona-Sonora. En 2014, llegó a formar parte de la Oficina de Iniciativas Globales de la Universidad de Arizona donde mantiene su enfoque fortaleciendo las colaboraciones entre la Universidad y sus contrapartes en educación superior, la industria y el gobierno en Arizona y México, y también coordinando el programa de intercambio estudiantil de CONAHEC.
