• Friday, March 15, 2013 - Presenter information due. Conference program artwork submission & payment deadline for advertisers, sponsors & exhibitors.
• Friday, April 5, 2013 - Deadline for submission of nominations for CONAHEC Awards.
• Friday, April 5, 2013 - Speaker presentations due for posting on CONAHEC's website.
• Friday, April 19, 2013- Regular registration rate ends - Sorry, no exceptions. Please note that payment at the applicable Regular Registration Rate must be received by CONAHEC on or before this date, otherwise the registrant will be charged the higher rate that is in effect at the time of payment. We accept checks via mail, wire transfers (all bank charges must be paid by the sender) and payments via credit card either directly through the online registration system, or over the telephone by calling us at (520) 621-7761. All registrations paid for after this date will be charged the applicable Late/Onsite Registration Rate. For late/onsite registration, only credit card or wire transfer payments will be accepted and must be received by CONAHEC before the first day of the conference, or another method of payment will need to be produced at the conference registration area onsite. IMPORTANT: This is the last day to receive a partial refund for cancellation of registration (minus the $100 USD cancellation fee). Sorry, no refunds for cancellations Saturday, April 20, 2013 and thereafter. Please note that registrations are transferable, so if you cannot attend, please consider sending someone in your stead.

Please note: To get the special hotel room rates associated with our room block at the conference hotels, make your reservations asap. Room blocks will likely sell out well before the event.
